Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes on all national orders over $30. For international orders, a shipping cost will still apply regardless of the size of the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on what time you place your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once your order is processed, delivery time will usually be within 1-3 working days. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally but we do not currently ship to the United States. We do plan to include the USA at some point in the future but a date has yet to be determined.


Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments via credit or debit card and also PayPal (although you don’t need a PayPal account to place an order via PayPal).


Orders and Returns

Do you need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. You do have the option to create an account if you want to and this will make subsequent orders easier for you to complete and give you access to your order history.

How can I change or cancel an order?

How can I track my order?

You will receive email updates informing you when your order is processed and shipped. The level of tracking when the item is out for delivery will depend on the delivery option chosen and if you have a tracking number with the delivery option you chose.
